Horrible customer service experience. We ordered and there was a snack missing, so we sent a message saying it was missing. The attendant, instead of seeing where the mistake was, started to say that she went to the kitchen and prepared the orders correctly, as if we were lying (since WE WERE customers who always ordered! After she saw that the mistake was her and instead of fixing the error, he simply didn't answer us anymore! (Original Experiência horrível de atendimento ao cliente. Péssima atendimento muito ruim,o lanche demorou muito... Pedimos uma porção de batata demorou mais de 50 minutos. Sem contar que o lanche da minha filha só chegou depois que todos comemos... O bacom estava desidratado acredito que antes de ir pra chapa foi seco au sol. Péssima experiência nota 0

Lugar poderia ser atraente, vendo que decoração ressalta gosto por escuridão, talvez discrição. O cardápio é bom, preços um pouco fora da casinha quando vemos em mesa. Agora o sabor, é inigualável, sem dúvidas até hoje em 1 ano, o melhor sabor de Hambúrguer Gourmet.

I asked for cheese burger. The num was small, altghout It was good. I did not say completo great the burger as smell a bit off. The clerk was not really Nice. That IS bad
