Expectations might be different. But for a Muxia praised seafood place good food Spain in general this place is just a sad cantine quality cuisine. A gap between price VS food quality is unacceptable. Either price must be lowered to a cheap cafe level (which was low quality seafood selection vegeta taste like broth even second day kind of bread) and prices must be appropriate to the food quality. Or chefs must level up and respect the seafood in particular. As for comparison at nearby restaurante D'Alvaro (and Spain Galicia in general) prices are the same, but quality is mind blowing. If you love simply respected good seafood don't make the wrong choice and skip this place!
Since I was staying at the adjacent pensione run by the same owner/manager I was lucky to be able to enjoy several meals t the Restaurante Pedra D'Abalar. Both the food and service was excellent and the hospitality and cordial friendliness of the staff was well appreciated. Although there were several other eating establishments located nearby, Pedra D'Abalar was the most inviting and pleasant appearing and I would have chosen to eat there even if I wasn't staying in the adjoining Pensione. I would go back again, anytime I am in Muxia.
We arrived hungry and late-ish, but were served with style and speed. Delicious food, nice family atmosphere. So we went back twice more.
Muy buena cocina a un precio acorde a la zona. El pulpo y navajas son de lo mejor. Los calamares muy suaves y buenos. Muy rico todo!!!

Un restaurante con buena comida, buenos precios y muy buena atención al público. Tomamos lubina y zamburiñas exquisitas.
Increíble calidad de comida, servicio y atención. No tengo palabras al trato que recibimos nuestro hijo y nosotros.
Una muy agradable sorpresa. Un producto de primera calidad y muy bien servido. Ciertamente muy recomendable.
