Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived at 4:30 PM specifically to try the new vegan Flatbread, only to be told their ovens were turned off—even though they don’t close until 5:30 PM. What’s going on with that? I won’t be coming back. I was really looking forward to trying the vegan Flatbread, but clearly had to take my business elsewhere. I had already tried the Folsom location, which was sold out, and even called ahead to confirm availability—they assured me they had it. Ridiculous. Get it together, Peet’s. For such a large company, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could.

First and foremost, I have to give a 5-star rating to the coffee and the staff at this place. They have done an outstanding job keeping everything clean throughout the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately, the food from Pete's Coffee has consistently fallen short. It's often bland and overpriced, which makes me feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. Everything else about this establishment is fantastic, though. I really value my 5-star reviews, and until Pete's improves the quality of their food as a company, I can't quite give a full 5-star rating.
I drive here at least once a month to drink there coffee. My stomach does not allow for more as it gives me the worse you know what. But its not there coffee that does it its just coffee in general. But let me tell you the bathroom is very clean before iuse it. I love the staff. Muchelle is the greatest. Very good with here hands and handling my drink. Over all they are allgreat. See you again next month when my you know what clears up.

I visit Peet's Coffee at least once a month to enjoy their coffee. Unfortunately, my stomach can't handle more than that, but it's not their coffee—just coffee in general that causes me discomfort. I will say the bathroom is always very clean before I use it. I love the staff, especially Michelle, who is excellent at preparing my drink. Overall, everyone there is wonderful. I'll be back next month once my stomach settles.
The staff and drinks here are simply outstanding! This spot offers the best coffee in town. Stephen, Jordan, Tiff, Jimmy, and Noah always remember my order and make me feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is wonderfully calming, ideal for chatting, reflection, or just relaxing. The drinks are remarkable, and I highly recommend giving the iced cold brew a try. Plus, there are plenty of outdoor tables to enjoy!
Best Peet's in the area. Consistently amazing and efficient. The staff are always making my day phenomenal. The free pour art makes me smile every time. They should have clear lids and promote The Art of the Pour. See for yourself.
The coffee they serve is outstanding, and their tea is even better. The staff is friendly and attentive. There's ample seating available, and the location is extremely convenient.
