I visit this Pete?s coffee quite frequently. I was going to Starbucks but I discovered I like the coffee at Pete?s better. The app is reasonably easy to use once you figure it out and you can tip the barista?s easily compared to Starbucks. The employeesare really nice. Once I was in a hurry and I scheduled the wrong time to pick up my coffee and some snacks and when I went inthey went ahead and rushed it anyway so I can get to my appointment on time. I went back later and even before I could tell themthey said last time you were here or you forgot your pumpkin bread and we were hoping you would come back to get it. It?s alsoacross the street from Whole Foods which is next to HomeGoods target...
When ordering food, it's off-putting to be served by someone with multiple bullrings and numerous other nose piercings (I noticed at least five on her nose alone, along with a stud on her forehead and various facial piercings and tattoos). A few piercings are one thing, but what happened to grooming standards? After I got my coffee—which made me decide to skip the food—I sat down at a dirty table and noticed the floors, windows, and the creamer/napkin station were all filthy. I won't be returning.
Peet’s Coffee consistently delivers top-notch quality, surpassing Starbucks without fail. It’s surprising how many people seem unaware of this! This particular location has an excellent atmosphere and fantastic staff. Recently, I ordered a pound of coffee beans but forgot to pick them up when I rushed out due to a mid-day PG&E power outage. They kindly set it aside for me and had it ready for pick-up the following day. That’s wonderful customer service!
I had the matcha Javiva with heavy cream, and it's absolutely the best ice cream drink I've ever tasted! I doubt I'll go back to Starbucks frappuccinos after this! I'm visiting California from Houston, and I really wish there was a location close to me at home. I'm definitely going to miss your drinks when I head back to Texas!

One of the best Peet's locations! The flavors are even more impressive than the presentation. I stopped by in the morning and again during lunch, and the afternoon coffee was fantastic as well! A big shoutout to the baristas at this place!!!
Employees are great! Neighboring business employees/owners take up the parking spots in front which is annoying. Forget parking during the Farmer's Market. People like to bring their dogs inside here.
Just a heads up: if you order a slice of bread, you can always expect to receive the hard, dry crusty end piece. This has happened to me every time, regardless of which Peet's location I visit.
Neither drink was filled to the top, and they also forgot to include straws for the two iced beverages.
