I tried the oat milk cold brew latte, honestly, I wasn’t able to taste any coffee. I would not buy again for almost $6.This store itself is very busy and is a little messy. Specifically, they just sweep the trash/dirt to hide them underneath their table for sugar/milk. The restroom could be cleaner.The store is run by very young staffs, and they seem to be very busy chatting among themselves.
Top tier customer service at this location, been coming here for years. Shout out to Erica, Kevin, Samson, Myleen and every single staff member. apologies, I don’t have everyone’s name) You all make my day!
The latte was decent. However, the staff mispronounced my English name (which I don’t mind), but then laughed about the mistake with their colleagues. I found that quite rude.

Mylene is amazing! I can always tell when she makes my order because my coffee is strong and the flavors are perfect! Please, give her a raise so she never leaves, lol.
The coffee and service were fantastic, but the restaurant could improve its cleanliness, especially in the dining area and restrooms.
Casual coffee shop that is easy to get work done, there are large windows so the area isn’t too dark.
