I've visited the carvery on multiple Sundays and can confidently say that the experience is unforgettable. The staff is friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone; it’s a fantastic place to dine and catch up with friends and family. I suggest calling ahead to reserve a table to avoid disappointment. We plan to return this Sunday for another lovely experience. As a gesture of courtesy, please consider leaving a decent tip for the staff after savoring your meal, as a way to show your appreciation. And just a reminder, do not attempt to leave without following the standard procedures—it's important!

We stopped for a carvery on our way back to London on May 13, 2018, and chose this place for its vegan options. It turned out to be a great decision! The owner was very friendly and took the time to explain which dishes were vegan. My parents really enjoyed the meat versions. The staff were attentive and the seating was well-equipped and dog-friendly. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a dairy-free dessert option, like a sorbet, to the menu. Overall, we had a lovely experience and will definitely return soon!

This is a fantastic restaurant with an excellent variety of meals, including two different menus and a daily specials board. The lunchtime deal featuring a main course, dessert, and a hot drink is outstanding value. The staff are friendly and courteous, and they serve a great pint, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Booked for fathers day the pub was very busy for food and drinks!! on this very hot day all staff were very welcoming friendly and effecient the food was lovely although it was very busy the pub had a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely go back xx Réservez une table maintenant

Took the Mrs here last night 04-01-2018 for a meal never been before had a brilliant meal for a fair price looked after really well by the staff very friendly service fantastic food will definitely be coming back really happy customer

Went there for a pint on a Sunday afternoon. The place is more a restaurant than a pub however; we found somewhere to sit and the service was first class. Very clean, very friendly and very good atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

We popped in just before 9pm on a busy festive evening.... but the service was impeccable we had the festive carvery and it was delicious. The chef was lovely and offered me vegetarian and vegan options! Fab evening thank you

today for the first time after a cold and wet dog walk. nice lunch, friendly people, great atmosphere. do not forget to give the pub dog a cuddly when they are there.
