This had been my go to tea station in the area. It was good when it first opened up. But it had gone down hill the last several years. The house special milk tea is very diluted...just sweet! Even when I ask for less sugar, more tea flavor, it's not good. The honey Boba is not soft but rubbery, the amount of Boba seems less less. When I ask for no ice, the cashier always says that I have to either pay extra or get a lesser amount of tea! That is so petty stingy!!! There are so many great tea stations in Irvine. None of them ever say that. Not even Peets Coffee or Starbucks. They happily give what I ordered without giving me a hard time. Very disappointed. Hope I can find another good tea sta...
The staff is very friendly and accommodating, even when I take my time to order. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, making it a great place to visit with my brother.
Great staff and excellent service. Emily, Emma and Austin was great answered all our questions. Kids loved the mango tango and I loved my special house coffee.
Hours are wrong or worker didn't want to serve us. Posted hours show 10AM opening, walked in at 10:38AM and worker said they don't open until 11AM.

This Pengo location is the best by far. The women working there are fantastic - so friendly and professional. They are incredibly sweet.
It is a good day to have my milkshake here, my son and daughter are all like it very muc. We will come next time t enjoy it
