Penn Station East Coast Subs

My service from the staff in this place was so terrible that I told them they'd return my money. I didn't even want my food anymore and I'll never go back. People no longer seem to care about their workplace and feel that they can treat customers somehow. That's why the business is closed.

We ordered four specials and an additional sandwich and fry, but for some reason they simply couldn't get it right. It went from us for too many meals to give us less than we paid. The manager was great and could recover from the problems. He treated everything professionally.

The fries was cold but the sandwiches were really good so my only complaint is that they drop fries when the customer come in while their making the sandwich overall great place would definitely be back!!

Didn't have fun here. Philly was good, but the paprika took the sandwich and I had to pick it up. Lemonade and Pommes were delicious. Will go back, but will definitely tell them not paprika next time!

This place is expensive as everyone comes out, but they calm your mind a little with great food and service.
