I was somewhat disappointed that there was only a vegan option and also no vegan pre- or after-seat. there were several other options that would have been very easy to make vegan, such as the spring rolls or the noodle dish with sweet. So I chose the vegan momos and salat (they could choose between salat and pommes). the salad came with a French sauce that was not vegan. I found this very inattentive as the momos were written as vegan. the device was beautiful and there were many great pictures from the tibet. it irritated me, however, that pop music ran and was served the momos pommes or salat, which does not really correspond to the Tibetan culture.
there are momos with four different fillings on the map, the vegan filling consists of shijitake mushrooms, champignons, inherited, tofu coriander. they can order either 6 pieces or 8 pieces and get either an salad or the housed. it was not the first time that we ate momos and found that this was the best so far: good and aromatically seasoned with a pleasant reverberation that kept the rest of the day. the soy sauce was excellent and the homemade chili paste (which can also be bought) was stunning: a fine sharpness with its own taste. even the pommes were good, even with a pleasant sharpness. very friendly and attentive service. only cash payment.
Die Momos sind hervorragend und frisch. Man kann nach Belieben mischen, z. B. Vegi/Fleisch, Vegi/Vegan etc. Auch die Vorspeisen sind frisch und hausgemacht, mein Favorit ist Metok, frittierter Blumenkohl mit feiner scharfer Sauce. Die Chilipaste ist ebenfalls hausgemacht und die beste, die ich kenne. Das Lokal ist sehr hübsch und der Service freundlich und schnell.
loved the quality of the food and the ambiance. Would highly recommend. hygiene is 10 on 10. will definitely visiting soon again.
