Peoria Artisan Brewery And Gastropub

Peoria Artisan Brewery and Gastropub has a good variety of beers brewed on site as well as guest taps. I created a flight of their own beers with a unique variety (Bodacious Blueberry, Honeysuckle Ale, Derailed Porter, Free Scottie Amber Lager) and added in a pretzel. Although the warm pretzel was good, the dip was bland and $11 for a pretzel is just too steep. Overall, my friend and I agreed the prices could use some lowering, but maybe they are counting on people using coupons or maybe there are happy hour specials, but this area shouldn't have Scottsdale prices if they want to draw local regulars. The drink menu offered a nice variety and was quite decent. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. If I could rate the bar and ambiance separately from the food, I'd give the bar 4 stars and the food only 2 stars. The brioche bun was stale, and the fries were extremely stale. The burger had decent flavor, but the patty was quite thin, which likely explains why it wasn’t cooked medium rare as I had requested. The highlight of the meal was the ranch dressing. Additionally, the service was somewhat inattentive at times. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident, so I'll give it another try. I’m optimistic there will be an improvement on my next visit.

Good food, good service. Cleanliness questionable. My toddler got a cup of water and I noticed mold and crumbs on the inside rim of the plastic lid and mold under the curl of the lip on the cup. Led me to believe they reuse the kids cups and don't wash them too well (at least when we visited). I brought our own cup so we avoided the issue. My husband's glass was obviously not washed well either.

I had never visited this brewery before, and I had an amazing time! My friend and I were dining at a nearby restaurant but decided to stop in for a few drinks. We tried the Hazy IPA, Guava Sour Ale, and their top ale, and everything was fantastic with great flavor. I highly recommend stopping by— the service was exceptional. Waited for 15 minutes when a server took the order of a table that just sat down before even taking our drink order. Wanted to make reservations for barley but when I called they told me it wasn't needed until we got there and they told us it was needed for the barley side and they were booked for the night.

Meh. It's been 8 years since I've been here. I can wait 8 more before I come back. The beer was good and the dirty fries were good. The burgers were greasy and the bacon was undercooked the first time they brought it out (actually cold to the touch) and then it was chewy and didn't taste great.

I would love to try the food and support a local business especially at a location that doesn't require me to run the gauntlet of Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley. Unfortunately, PAB won't accommodate takeout after 5 pm. I took my business back to Lakeside Grill.

We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday, and it was fantastic! The food was great, and it was easy to eat healthily. The wait staff was lively and fun. Everything we tried was excellent, and we'll definitely be making this place a regular stop! Réservez une table maintenant
