Peoria Artisan Brewery And Gastropub

I Was a little disappointed!My wife and I went for lunch and we have been to Artisan several times and never felt so ignored. The place wasn't busy and I couldn't see the hostess anywhere. The bartender and a server saw us but completely ignored us. They never even acknowledge that there were customers there waiting to be seated. Good customer service comes from every team member. Needless to say, we walked out.

The food and beer are always good. The service is good too. There is always a lot of people here so is best not to come get when you are starving because you might have to wait for a table. The service is quick but there is people that just come here to hang out. There is a lot of parking spaces out there and the bathrooms are clean.

Waited for 15 minutes when a server took the order of a table that just sat down before even taking our drink order. Wanted to make reservations for barley but when I called they told me it wasn't needed until we got there and they told us it was needed for the barley side and they were booked for the night.

Meh. It's been 8 years since I've been here. I can wait 8 more before I come back. The beer was good and the dirty fries were good. The burgers were greasy and the bacon was undercooked the first time they brought it out (actually cold to the touch) and then it was chewy and didn't taste great.

Just a Great neighborhood microbrewery! Great Food! Great beer and service! Shout out to the awesome bartender Dominique (Dom) as she is always very attentive and spot on with her service. It's a weekly hangout for me and look forward to many more visits here!

We come to Peoria every couple of months to Cibola Vista. Stumbled on this place after driving all day from Anaheim. Wonderful!! Tasty beer, tasty food! My wife 's comment was, We could come here every night for drinks. Perfect

Food is great, love sitting outside when weather permits to enjoy the nice patio. On top of it all are the servers, that will make suggestions and take good care of their customers.

Local little brewery with a great selection of beer and fantastic service. The food is typical bar food, good but scattered and a little pricey.

This place was soop good.We had the Southern Man burger, Plain burger, and chicken strips. All great!
