Hello, I wanted to share my experience with Pepe's piri piri Chicken located at 154 Maybury Road, Woking, GU21 5JR. The food was okay but not amazing. We have had better burgers and wings from other places. The size of the burgers for £2.79 and £3.79 did not seem worth it compared to similar shops in the area. Paying £9.98 for 10 wings, which came out to almost £1 for each tiny wing, felt like a rip off. I felt like I was deceived and overcharged. When I called the store to inquire about the prices, I was told that delivery prices were different. I was only informed about the free delivery for orders over £15 within 3 miles from the restaurant after the fact. I was never told that prices for...
I have ordered from this place many times but on these recently two occasions the audacity is unbelievable instead of sending us a chicken fillet burger they have now changed the name on their Uber menu to chicken burger so you are paying £3.49 for a chicken steak processed burger! Absolute daylight robbery , you have gone down hill and on top of that we were one burger short but you cannot call their landline. I ordered today 07/08/23 and I and not happy either refund me my money or deliver what you show on your menu images!
Decided to drop by this restaurant for a quick bite to eat, this place never fails to provide a great meal out. Chicken is cooked to perfection and the restaurant is always happy to cater for my family’s needs (young children who cannot tolerate a lot of spice whilst the rest of the famIly prefer their chicken hot)! Their chips and sauce taste amazing as well! The friendly staff makes eating here all the more enjoyable and this is one place I will always come back to, great food and even better value for money!
This was my first time ordering from Pepe's and the service was excellent. Usually, the cashier has trouble understanding me when I order, but that was not the case here. They were very patient. The food was delivered right to my table, which was a little unusual but nice. The food was good, but I would prefer the hot option on the chicken XL to be spicier. However, the peri chips were fresh and hot. I would definitely come back again.

Last night was the big football game. My family and I were looking forward to having Pepe’s and our food never came! When I called and asked about my food, it was nowhere to be known and Pepe’s did not want to acknowledge the problem. We never got our food which has been paid for. Absolutely Disgraceful!!!
Pepe Southall is FAMOUS for getting orders wrong. Every time I order from Pepe they always get my order wrong HORRIBLE nasty staff that just don’t help at all and don’t take any responsibility whatsoever. Took my £30 and got my whole order wrong refused to give me a refund as usual they blamed Uber
Ordered using their own application, waited 90 minutes for the food only to call and find out that they hadnt printed the order slip........ even thought that is a balatant lie as they texted me back confirming order receipt! Pepes in general seems to be terrible no matter where u order from!
I went to Pepes in Southall with my family. We had a lovely lady serve us, our food was delicious and the place was spotless, very nice and clean. I have been to other Pepe branches where the hygiene is disgusting. I would definitely go back and recommend to my family and friends.

I ordered food for Christmas at 8 pm and was told to come in half an hour. I arrived after 50 minutes, giving them extra time, but still ended up waiting for 20 more minutes before receiving my order.
Worst food looks like chilli powder thrown on rice and chicken Disgusting food, recommend not to order
