Pepe Taco is the reason I'll always remember Azusa. It's one of my go-to restaurants after a nice hike. We felt extremely lucky to end our day there with a family reunion just before our flight home. With over 10 people gathering, Pepe's was wonderfully accommodating and welcoming. The flavors of the dishes were expertly blended, delighting our taste buds! My first meal only made my husband crave even more. I enjoyed two dishes: tacos Al Pastor and a torta, while he savored countless tacos and two different tortas. The service and atmosphere were fantastic, and we can't wait for our next visit! Thank you, Pepe's family!
This is one of my favorite places! I absolutely love the shrimp and fish tacos, but I can confidently say that anything you choose will be really delicious. The service here is very efficient, and the staff speaks both Spanish and English perfectly.
I have always enjoyed dining at Pepe's. It's genuinely authentic Mexican cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. I used to work nearby and would often go there for late-night meals, but now I make a point to visit...
Definitely worth the wait! If you can, consider placing your order in advance. If possible, enjoy your meal at the restaurant while it's still hot.

The fish tacos and carne asada tacos were absolutely delicious. After our hikes, we will definitely make it a point to stop and eat there again.
We ordered carne asada burritos, and they were quite tasty. The server was very friendly. My only issue was that the interior looked a bit worn.
Fantastic Nachos!! Ask for nachos with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, guacamole, creama, and contija...SUPER NACHOS!!! Nom nom nom....
All the dishes were very delicious and the attention was excellent.
