here for birthday drinks on a quiet Tuesday night, table of 4. drinks were good and also had a free bottle prosecco. the dame offered us table service, which practically came because we drunk load drunk. halfway through the same dame came by with a radio and a shot for the birthday child. his face was a picture. had a really good night. she really made us welcome and couldn't do enough. she didn't catch her name, but she had dark colored hairs. her customer service was at the top.
Had a fantastic night in Cardiff, this bar was the highlight of the night. For what was a very busy night in Cardiff. I heard people complaining unnecessarily to the hard working staff. The cocktails where brilliant and the staff where tremendous while working under pressure. The 2 people that appeared to be a managers where showing great professionalism.
We where in Cardiff to watch a concert and found this little gem of a bar. My partner enjoyed the variety of cocktails on the menu and tried them all! We ordered food which was on a reduced menu due to the concert, we chose the tapas and we were delighted when it came out and tasted as good as it looked.
Visiting for a concert and found this brilliant bar, the cocktails and service where suburb... couldn't fault how hard the staff where working trying to make sure customers where happy. Well done for the hard work during a very busy time. Especially the manager. Réservez une table maintenant
Me and my partner really enjoy this place. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is lovely when it isn’t busy. However, the security wouldn’t let us in one night with a PASS ID and judged us for having one when it was never an issue before…
great service friendly and helpful staff. outside area has heating and a large number of seats. super for people watching and groups. experience the 2 for 1 cocktails great worth and selection of drinks
