We went for the first time on Saturday 11/11. I made a reservation for 6:30, but when we got there we decided to sit at the bar first instead of going upstairs to the dining room. Our bartender, Tina, was wonderful even with a mad rush of people that came in right as we sat down. (I don't know why this struck me, but after our drink order, she said “Will you be dining with me tonight?” We eat at the bar almost everywhere we go, and we've never had a bartender say it that way. Just goes to show how Tina feels about her job. We had “Abby's Sprouts” as an appetizer, and they were amazing! Big enough to have been an entree, but so good we ate it all! I had “Chicken Pepperoncini” with Rigatoni, and it was fantastic. Many times at Italian restaurants I find the chicken cutlets are overcooked and a little tough, but these were perfect. It was a large portion so I brought half home and scarfed it down the next day. My wife had the strip steak special, which has crab on it, and loved it. Again, quite a large portion so she brought half home. For dessert we had a “Pumpkin Butter Cake” which was so good I'm not sure I will even be able to eat a standard pumpkin pie ever again! This place is going to become our go-to; it's fantastic.
