Peppers Artful Events

I would love to give them a great review. I had planned on using Peppers for a graduation party in June. The first event planner I spoke with went silent…I later found out she no longer worked for them. I started working with another event planner and we settled everything (menu and date/time I would pick up the order) and I was to hear back with a final price. I never heard anything and followed up with 2 additional emails and a call over the course of 2 weeks with no response. Carolyn, Jen and their entire staff were an absolute dream team. They went above and beyond to make my day so special. Carolyn helped guide me through the entire planning process, even meeting me at PEAK rentals to help pick out linens and china. They truly become friends in the process of planning and I knew I chose the best caterer out there. My wedding went so smoothly and I loved all the small details they put together from how they set up the dessert table and bar, it was all so perfect. Cannot say enough about Peppers and all they did in preparation for and in the execution of our backyard wedding Brenda was incredible from Day 1 in making our vision come to life, and she along with Melissa helped to execute the day flawlessly. The food was AMAZING and got rave reviews, we had a dedicated server for both us as the bride and groom and also my parents as the homeowners, and our signature cocktail was an absolute hit that ran out within two hours! There was zero to worry about with them as part of our day you will not regret hiring them!

I struggle to leave this review because we have been long-time fans of Peppers and used them for decades. But after recently hosting a special event, we were wildly underwhelmed by the quality and quantity of food we received. The sandwiches were tiny, the meatball tray was half filled and the salad was maybe enough for one-person. Needless to say we had to run to Panera in a haste to get extra food for our guests. I post this just as a buyer beware review for folks looking to host an event with Peppers self-serve option.

We used Peppers for our wedding day. The food and the service were absolutely amazing. The best wedding food we've ever had. Our guests were commenting on how seamlessly they were served, never feeling interrupted. We were very happy with how they catered our special day.
