On my wedding day, we faced torrential rain—seriously, it was a monsoon at the venue—but this team didn't let that stop them. They tackled every challenge that came their way. Heather even held an umbrella for me right before I walked down the aisle, and the team quickly found a bobby pin for me when I needed it. They also came to my dad's aid when he slipped in the rain.
Once things calmed down, the bartenders made sure my drink was always full, and my guests raved that the mixed drinks were the best they'd ever had at a wedding. I can’t say enough good things about Josh and his team. From the first moment of the tasting, it was obvious that Josh was dedicated to making our daughter’s wedding reception perfect. The food was so good and our guests continue to comment on how much they enjoyed it. We were able to throw in some special touches like a signature drink that had a hint of lavender in it, as well as provide our favorite ice cream from Texas. All made the reception more personal. The staff who worked that night could not have been nicer or more helpful. They gladly provided extra help for set up and tear down of the table and reception decor. It was an incredible night! I coordinated a wedding last weekend and had the pleasure of working with APC. The staff did an excellent job setting everything up within a tight timeline due to venue restrictions. The decor, organization, and execution were flawless. They were wonderful to collaborate with, and everyone was incredibly friendly. A special shout out to Courtney, who was the bride's attendant for the evening—she was simply amazing! So kind, attentive, and maintained a great attitude despite the long day and demanding workload. Amber was amazing from start to finish ! She provided us with a menu that was in our budget and food choices for everyone !She listened and was so helpful and instrumental on making our day super perfect!The staff was top notch and so helpful and great . The only thing I regret is we missed the mini crabcakes : but made up for it with the oysters .I really can't say enough. I attended a family friend's wedding this weekend that was catered by Absolutely Perfect Catering. Unfortunately, several plates at the table where my husband and I were seated had what looked like rodent urine on them. While I'm not certain it was rodent urine, it definitely had the characteristics of urine—a yellow stain and a strong ammonia smell. The server was kind enough to replace the plates, but it’s concerning to think about the cleanliness of the place where these dishes were stored.
I only interacted with the daytime staff, and they truly went above and beyond. Heather, the head caterer that day, held the head of a man who had fallen and injured himself until the ambulance arrived, even though she was soaking wet. Additionally, the team ensured that food allergies were managed, cleaned up the flooding rainwater for us, and made efforts to locate venue staff. They were outstanding.
If you're going to name your business Absolutely Perfect, you should uphold high standards. My company hired this catering service for a meeting lunch, and it was disappointing. The bread was hard and stale, and the overall presentation was careless. Unfortunately, it fell far short of the name Absolutely Perfect.
Sarah, Amber, and the APC crew did an amazing job with our wedding last weekend. The staff was professional, courteous, laid back and made our wedding perfect! I would highly recommend using their services and wish them all the best in the future!

We used APC for a work Holiday Party and they were WONDERFUL! Food was tasty, decor was fun and festive, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Definitely plan on using them again for future events.
