I have been going to this restaurant for a few years, but the customer service has progressively declined. I have witnessed several incidents where the front desk clerk appears uninterested in helping customers and is rude when asked about the products. She shows disrespectful behavior towards customers, both in person and over the phone, and has even blamed customers for her own mistakes. When confronted about her behavior or asked to speak to a manager, she acts as if she doesn't understand the problem and mocks customers by claiming to have the same name. This is my favorite place to go for cakes, mini cakes, and desserts in general. I enjoy giving the mini cakes as gifts because they are all so delicious, especially the cheesecakes, strawberry shortcakes, and crème brûlée. Each time I have ordered, they have packaged the dessert in a white box with a gold ribbon and fresh lavender flowers, which adds a special touch. I was very disappointed and embarrassed after boasting about how moist and decadent their chocolate cake is. I arrived at the restaurant early on a Saturday morning to buy their 6 chocolate raspberry cake, but there was only one in the display case. I asked if they had any more, and the gentleman said yes, in the back, but this one is the same. I called and ordered approximately a dozen treats for a birthday...paid for it and told the order taker that I would pick up on Sunday 7/2. Arrived at the bakery and the worker couldn't find my order. She made calls and no one could find the order. Thank goodness the person I spoke to on the phone had sent me a receipt by text... although the receipt didn't specify the items.. just the prices. Don’t waste your time, employees at this bakery have the worst customer service! Placed an order Monday to pick up a cake Thursday at 5pm. Arrived at 5:05pm and female taking orders stated I had to wait 30 minutes while she makes it because she got “confused”. Sure, we all make mistakes but instead of being apologetic she proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional as if it was MY fault she made a mistake.
Based on a recommendation from a coworker, I decided to give this restaurant a try. I have returned multiple times since my first visit. The baked goods are delicious, with the perfect balance of sweetness and portion size. There is a wide variety of options available at very reasonable prices, including Tres Leches, fruit tarts, chocolate mousse, banana cream, and more.
Great tasting dessert but nonexistent customer service. One of the ladies there won’t even make eye contact with you when you are ordering and never answers any questions properly
The Strawberry shortcake cake was super dry. The bread was almost inedible. The strawberries were okay. Had to go a bakery on Las Tunas to make up for it.

The cake was overpriced and underwhelming. Despite having received over 250 positive reviews, it did not meet my expectations in terms of taste.
The raspberry chocolate was amazing! I'm so happy my friend gifted me one for my birthday, and now we keep going back for more.
