Mother’s Day, online order said ready in 10 minutes. Showed up 15 min later only to wait an extra 1/2 an hour in the store while my wife and baby sat in the car. They said 10 min, but I got my order 45 min later, no exaggeration. Ruined our breakfast for Mother’s Day. I told them politely about my order 3 times (2 of the 3 times it was an employee asking me; I did not pester them). When they finally decided to make it, there was no priority over anyone in-store. The in-store line turned over multiple times as I patiently stood there. Manager never acknowledged it and there was not so much as a simple “sorry” when it really should have been refunded. If you can’t handle the volume…don’t open...
We were at a nearby event and I decided to order sandwiches for the 5 of us from Perfecto's since it was nearby to the event. The fact that they only offer sandwiches on a bagel or a wrap was weird, but due to time crunch I ordered anyway . The wraps were huge, but unfortunately were mostly lettuce. We ordered 5 different wraps (well actually 4, as I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, but they took it upon themselves to make it as a wrap. All 5 wraps were mostly lettuce with the tiniest amount of meat. Oh, and my son had bones in his honey BBQ chicken wrap. Definitely not worth the $10 to $11 we were charged for them. I would not order from here again.
I will never order from this restaurant again. There were multiple mistakes on our company breakfast order, so we stopped going there. After a few months, we decided to give it another try, but once again there were errors with our office breakfast orders. Today, I received another sandwich that was completely wrong. When I called to express my frustration about the fifth incorrect order, the owner simply said sorry and hung up because there were other customers waiting. Great bakery coffee spot. Came here to grab a bite and tea and get some work done. The exterior and interior is no frills decor style. A medium sized parking lot outside as well as street parking. Iced Tea was from a pre-prepped jug but tasted good if just a little bit strong. Bagel was great with generous amounts of cream cheese. Good price, service and Easy connection to WiFi and overall great experience

The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious, but my overall experience is consistently terrible. The staff who make the food are unfriendly and seem annoyed when you try to give specific instructions, often getting the order wrong. I have ordered from here around 50 times, both through DoorDash and in person, and they have gotten my order wrong over 35 times.
Perfecto's bagels are the best! The cinnamon raisin and French toast ones are to die for. The muffins are also amazing. Every one I have tried has been delicious. The only thing I would say is that they don't have any butter to spread on your bagels which I thought was very strange.
Best bagel in the area. It?s close to my house so I?m here 2x a week at minimum. Coffee is pretty standard but still good. They roast the flavors right into the beans. And online ordering makes it super easy.
Been going here for 12 years. Food is good. Atmosphere is unwelcoming, covid changed everything. Staff did not acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes and no one was in front of us. Talking amongst each other.

The bagels at Perfectos are the best I've ever tasted. I've been a fan for as long as I can remember. I hope they offer a dairy-free cream cheese option in the future!
Perfecto's is always a favorite when I am in town! I do wish they would start offering a non-dairy cream cheese option like cashew cream cheese.
