Fed the family... and some, all for £26! We ordered the family meal- whole chicken, three sides and a butt load of wings, and was honestly shocked at just how much food we got (and chicken left over for lunch tomorrow! Despite being 9 miles out, the food was piping hot, full of flavour, and has left me belly out on the sofa in a food coma! Thank you, for bringing a bit of joy to a pretty pants time, and filling our bellies with proper, good food! Ft. Had to add some veg so I didn’t feel so naughty
Just ordered takeaway, I ordered a chicken wrap and paid 1.75 to add halloumi, which turned out to be biggest waste of money as was 4 of the tiniest bits of halloumi I have ever seen desperate times and all but still for 1.75 I'd expect more. Secondly it was delivered in a bun now a wrap which was disappointing. Thirdly the chicken was dry and chewy, Fourthly found a hair in my food. All of above as made my first and last experience very disappointing was definitely not worth the money spent.
The food is average at best. Chicken is dry and won’t hit the mark of you’re wanting a substitute for Nando’s. The wait for the food is ridiculous, hour and half on a Monday night for two people. The customer service is the worst part. No concern for the delay, avoiding answering the phone and actively trying to end the conversation without giving an expected delivery time. Won’t be returning.
I had the peri peri chicken fillet burger meal and wings. The burger and wings were seasoned beautifully and portions were great value for money. We received great customer service on arrival in the shop. My favourite thing was the chilli sauce as it had a good kick to it and a distinctly unique flavour. Will definitely be returning.
