Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

My boyfriend and I visited here about two weeks ago because we were craving some breakfast. We showed up around 7pm (they close at 10pm) and we stood at the door and waited while there was no one at the door to assist us. A lady (assuming the supervisor or manager) came to us and asked if it was just us two and we said yes. She then turns and asks a server if she can take us, the server rolled her eyes and sighed ending with "give it to someone else" then proceeded to walk into the kitchen, as if they were about to close. My boyfriend and I both work/manage two huge breakfast chains, and for Perkins "a family restaurant" you would think they would have amazing service. She then asks another...

We decided to stop here for dinner with our 4 kids. The restaurant was basically empty (at 6:30pm) which we thought was strange but decided to give it a try anyway. Our waitress was very attentive and food was delicious. Big portions and very tasty. It felt like we were getting a home cooked meal.

Amazing experience for a family outing. Conveniently located off the QEW. The Eggs Benedict were exceptional, as were the famous pancakes and muffins. The service was fast and accommodating.

Wonderful place to eat Super Reasonable Prices, Quick off the Highway, Tasty Coffee & the Absolute Best Pancakes you'll ever have!! Mark my words this place does not dissappoint!!

I always order the same dish every time I visit this restaurant. The quality is consistently great, although it's not extravagant. The breakfast is always delicious.
