Friendly owner of a coffee shop that has been around for a pretty long time. Ordered breakfast for two, to go. One order of grits with cheese, eggs over easy and sausage patty. Did not travel well, 2 american cheese slices placed on top of the grits, with no love whatsoever. The eggs werw scrunched up on the side of the pan and one lonely sausage was included with the platter. Corn beef hash scrambled eggs and home fries was the second order. Potatoes were not cubed or cut potatoes but rather shaved potatoes, bland and boiled without seasoning, which i found peculiar becaise I asked the woman taking my order for extra onions and peppers and she assured me that the home fries already included...
This restaurant on Third Avenue is a hidden gem without any advertising. I discovered it by chance while visiting my doctor next door. I tried the chicken soup, which was outstanding, followed by a heavenly fresh hamburger and a delicious milkshake for dessert. I left feeling satisfied and not overly full. I will definitely be returning for this exceptional experience. The restaurant is impeccably clean and the cashier was friendly and attentive.
Love Perry's. Great atmosphere geared towards family or the single person trying to enjoy a meal... Wrote this review 5 years ago and i still think the same of Perry's. I love the owners Sean and Lisa and rest of staff. It's like a little family here if you're a regular. And as for the comments about drug users and sellers outside, that's the problem of NYPD and not of the owners of Perry's... David.
Great customer service! Great food! Fast service! I love how they keep 1 delivery dude, he’s so humble and respectful Happy. Always Tip Him good! Highly recommend this Diner, one of the BEST in the city!
