The breakfast sandwich and the French toast are awesome. I also don’t know what kind of sausage they serve here, but it is some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s so nice to sit outside in the morning here and enjoy the cool and fresh mountain air and surroundings. My wife loved the coffee and wanted it every morning we were here. Don’t let the line dissuade you from going here. It moves pretty quick. One way to beat the line is to order online and pick up at the to-go/pick-up window. Line was out the door, I thought it might be good. I think it is just trendy. My over medium eggs were raw. The yogurt and granola were way too sweet. I asked if they could warm up the pastry we got because it was a little dry. Answer was: NO. They had me add for a tip, which we gave before the service was rendered and when we asked if we could buy a cookie we were told we HAD TO GET BACK IN LINE! Just for a cookie. The day before we ate at the Virginian Restaurant the food was great, the portions were generous, the staff super friendly and my tip was given after my good experience. Don’t fall for the long line,It is not worth the wait.
Can not recommend this place enough! Had breakfast here, the French brioche toast with apricot compote. It was amazing!! We needed sandwiches for later in the day while visiting The Grand Teton, but they would not be available until 10:30 am. We did a little shopping and circled back to order them. I had a chicken sandwich that is probably one of the best I've ever had! There is an incredible assortment of mouth watering pastries too. I only wish we were in Jackson longer to eat there again!
Incredible food! Like being in a European cafe, they do NOT skimp on quality. Everything we ordered was beautiful to look at and delicious too. I’ll be back if I’m in town again and will tell friends they must stop here when in Jackson Hole! Loved the touch with the outdoor seating and blankets. Definitely a popular place so just be prepared for it to be busy, regardless service did not lag.

Heard a lot of good things about this spot so we had to stop here and try and it did not disappoint! The coffee was great and so was our pastry we ordered a flat white and a salted caramel latte . The shop itself is super cute with French bakery vibes. Plenty of room to sit inside and outside it lives up to the hype !
Stopped to grab a bit of breakfast before heading into the national parks. Had a pretty decent line but service was super fast and friendly. The food was delicious and the pastries didn 't make it very far up the road between the kiddos haha. Will definitely be my must as a stop anytime I pass through.
It was a 35 minute wait in line to go order for my coffee and yogurt but the vanilla latte was in the top five cups of coffee I’ve had in my life. The yogurt was good too, plus the chocolate croissant was yummy. Food 5/5. Other factors, 4/5. Very cute bakery but I wouldn’t wait in that line again.
Lived up to all the hype we saw about Persephone! Pastries and coffee were delicious. Indoor is small, but cute and quaint. Outside is lots of seating in a garden under a big tree

Pleasant garden and deck to eat outside. The omelette with herbed ricotta and peas was delicious. At 10:00 am there was still a good selection of pastries.
Absolutely delicious croissants. We went there both mornings we were in Jackson.
