I recently went to this restaurant with a friend and originally wanted to order a small breakfast. Unfortunately, I was forced to have the large breakfast for €17.90 per person without being offered any other option. The problems started when I asked for an omelette with sucuk. I wasn't informed that this comes with a €2 surcharge. Also the tea I received was only in small size. When I asked for a larger tea I was again charged an additional €2, which I don't think is appropriate in a breakfast menu. Outrageous rip off and poor service! The surprise was great as soon as we arrived: the lady had already prepared Serpme Kahvaltı for 8 people without our agreement. (A table was reserved by phone, but no breakfast was booked! . Not once did we say that we wanted that it could have been that everyone wanted to order individually! Apart from that, there were only 6 of us. After the service person was asked about it, they said: “Nevertheless, this is now calculated for 8 people”. We reserved a table for 16 people, but due to illness there were 12 people there, including 2 children (6 and 11). In our opinion, there were 3 breakfast plates on the table (the other people were already there and knew that). We were also given eggs 6 or 7 times, which is part of breakfast. We were charged a flat rate of €350 and paid just under €430 including drinks!!! There was no mention on the phone that a flat rate of €25.00 would be charged per reserved space. I had breakfast today and I absolutely loved it! From start to finish everything was just perfect. The food was not only a visual highlight, but also an absolute pleasure in terms of taste. Every single component was fresh, lovingly prepared and of the highest quality. The service was outstanding – friendly, attentive and professional. It was ensured that we didn't lack anything. The ambience was also beautiful and rounded off the entire experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. If you want to enjoy a great breakfast in a great atmosphere, this is the right place for you!
A super sweet, family shop. It is often very crowded, so you should reserve in advance. The breakfast (especially the large Serpme) is highly recommended and very filling.
