Pescado Seafood Grill Rooftop

Pescado in Rosemary Beach has one of the best rooftop settings you'll find on 30A, with panoramic views of the Gulf coastline. The expansive outdoor space is perfect for soaking in the sea breezes over an afternoon cocktail or meal. However, while I loved the ambiance, the food and drinks fell short of expectations. The seafood menu options didn't seem as fresh or skillfully prepared as I hoped for in a beachside restaurant. And the cocktails were unbalanced or lacking nuance. With some refinement of the cuisine and bar menu to match the upscale, beachy setting, Pescado could be a premier Gulf-front dining destination. For now, I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars for the spectacular scenery alone, but would love to see the food and drinks step up to the same level someday. It has the potential to be a 5-star rooftop experience. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We loved our Pescado experience. Cole took excellent care of us. We enjoyed the featured Kobia fish special, the pan seared scallops, and our lovely drinks. We were celebrating our anniversary, and appreciated that Cole was aware of that from my reservation note, and poured each of us a glass of cava to cheers to. I highly recommend Pescado. We have been to Pescado multiple times since moving here 3 years ago Tonight was for my daughters birthday celebration with her family. Our waitress was miserable! It was our worst experience here by far. Extremely disappointed! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
