Petal Bloom Tea Room

I visited The Load for the first time this afternoon, and I hadn't even heard of it until a friend added me to a Facebook group. It's a lovely shop with excellent customer service! I purchased a few things, including a reed diffuser. I also placed an order for some oils that I can’t wait to receive. The Snowy Melts smell amazing! Thank you so much!

On Friday, I ordered some flowers for a funeral and picked them up this morning. The service was fantastic, and the flowers were absolutely perfect—I couldn't have asked for anything better. I can't thank them enough for their amazing service. The staff were incredibly helpful. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks again!

Took my mum and kids for belated Mothers Day afternoon tea yesterday. It was lovely, my mum and I really enjoyed it. My daughter especially liked the chocolate strawberries. Would definitely recommend and also lots of candles and smellies to buy as well. Worth a visit. I'll definitely be going back. Very kind and helpful ladies too.

Won Afternoon tea for two! Wow! It was delicious, all the ladies was very welcoming, the shop was just so cute and smelt amazing. Got to share the 1st birthday of Petal and Bloom, me and my friend came away with lovely treats for ourselves would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back xxx Réservez une table maintenant

The products have an incredible scent, and I can't get enough of the snowfee line, especially since it resembles the fragrance of the items in the Luxuriant series, which is my favorite. I will definitely purchase products from there again!

My Mum and I had a lovely Afternoon Tea here. It was our first visit and we were really impressed. Great service, beautiful fresh food and the smell from all the waxes and bath bombs was gorgeous. Will definitely be back. Thank you again xx

they love to eat this shop very welcoming beautiful chilled atmosphere and drinks are very nice and to beautify it by very warm and equally friendly staff.

Loved my hot chocolate and tasty toastie, staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the place smells lovely. Cant leave without buying a wax melt
