Peter's Bistro - Réserver une table

I was there with a group of friends for the second time. The waiters were all very friendly and professional, as they were when we visited for the first time a year ago. None of us was German, and it was not a slightest problem to order anything. I had asparagus with salmon filet from the seasonal menu. Asparagus was perfectly cooked, not bitter or woody at all. Accompanying sauce hollandaise was home-made. The portion was very generous. I found it a bit too pricey for what it was though, but this was somehow to expect as it is a hotel restaurant. I also liked the look of the salads that some my friends had. I would definitely recommend visiting this place.

Stayed in the Hotel, and decided to visit there restaurant. It looked very traditional in a German style. The service was very personal and friendly. I took Bistro-Pfanne with a glass of riesling. The side dish was very tasty, wine also turned out to be quite nice, the meat, unfortunately, was not the best (but not bad either). So I had a dinner in the relaxing atmosphere in a nicely decorated restaurant, and was mostly satisfied. But the meat could be better. So, I could not recommend the restaurant, but , on the other hand, I do not have any reservations to it.

I asked my cousin who brought us here for a dinner: how do people know? You just know by word of mouth! Great meal: took the special offered. Salmon, potato soup like I have not had, and the dessert seemed to be on the small side: orange mousse with himbeeren sauce but it proved to be more than enough. Service was great. Very elegant, formal, but comfortable

Wir waren einfach nur begeister und haben die Speisekarte innerhalb einer Woche einmal durchgemacht (ausser Steaks).Egal ob Fisch, Fleisch oder Salat, alles was aus der Küche gekommen ist war absolut top.Der Service absolut kompetent und freundlich, selbst wenn es darum ging "Sonderwünsche" zu erfüllen.

Sehr unterschiedlich, mal gut, mal schlecht.Fisch wie Lachs zu sehr durchgebraten, dadurch fest und trocken. Auf der "Büsumer Fischplatte" sind keine Krabben, Nordseekrabben im Austausch muss man dann noch extra bezahlen.
