I used to eat at this location a lot before the pandemic. Was a huge fan. For the first time since then, we got takeout today, about $70 worth of food. And wow, what happened? The food was the worst thing I 've eaten in a long time. The sesame chicken breading wasn 't even cooked properly, it was still kind of powdery. The rice was hard, possibly raw? How are y 'all going to be a Chinese food restaurant, but can 't make rice? My veggies were old and some tasted unnaturally sour. I stopped eating halfway through. Where has this place been all my life?!?! I cannot believe that I have lived my entire life not having dined here sooner!!!! From the first bite of Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wrap to the last scoop of their Coconut-Pineapple Ice Cream, my very first dining experience here left me beyond satisfied. There is nothing like this place anywhere in Vancouver. It's definitely being bookmarked in my list of GoTo places to eat! Honestly, I've never been to P.F. Chang's before, but I'm glad I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by the food at this location; it's really good and tastes fresh, especially considering it's in a mall. I sat at the bar, and the bartender, Ethan, was extremely attentive, ensuring that everything came out perfectly. The drinks were fantastic! He took the time to ask me about my preferences for drinks. I also appreciated that the managers came around to check on the guests, which showed great customer service. Overall, I really admired that aspect of the experience.
MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR CARMEN WHEN YOU ARRIVE! Carmen was incredible throughout the entire visit for my family and me. The food was, of course, fantastic, but it was her attentiveness that made every moment truly special. My mom graduated this morning, and this visit helped keep our spirits high. Whoever is in charge, please give Carmen a raise—she is clearly a valuable asset! Also, the Great Wall of Chocolate Cake was absolutely divine!

Megan was our waitress. Megan has excellent customer service. Our food had very good flavors. I ordered the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli absolutely delicious. If you haven’t tired the Changs vegetarian lettuce I recommend them. We also order chicken fried rice and the portion is a good size to share. Overall excellent service. I didn’t ever have to ask for a refill on my Ice tea. Thank you Megan
There was barely a wait time . Seated quickly. Server was nice and made sure I had everything I wanted . Food was hot, fresh and tasty typical for P.F. Chang's. I loved the experience, my only issue is it's location. The aesthetic is completely different from the other P.F. Chang's that are not connected to the mall

stopped in for a quick lunch after shopping. Grabbed some appetizers and some cocktails. Food was amazing as expected, service was amazing and pricing was as expected. great time over all...

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing! I got so caught up in enjoying everything that I forgot to take pictures. Highly recommend trying both the food and the cocktails!
Pet friendly patio. They turned on the heater for us and we’re very friendly. Then you can walk the mall. Recommend.
