P.F. Chang's China Bistro.

Over cooked poorly executed item improperly made items. I worked at PF Changs for 4 years every station Apps by far is the hardest! We did 250k a week in sales! These northern ribs are just boiled ribs with sichuan powder they were disgusting I threw away! Those ribs never hit the wok. I was looking forward to the Mongolian beef a personal favorite beef was hard over cooked sauce was running and too oily trashed for cats! Honey chicken dry cold and sauce was made improperly! White rice was hard and old should have been dump not soft and fluffy as its should be! Firecracker shrimp Lo mein and pomegranate lemonade was average lemonade was best thing on order! I pay 112 dollars and was looking...

Really shocked that I ordered an 11.89 salad for lunch and I would compare it to a side salad at a fast food place. Here’s the picture of the salad vs the menu picture. Adding a “protein” would have made the salad 16.00. At least the tofu dinner I ordered was adequately proportioned.

David was our guy tonite he did a great job and he really knew the menu that was helpful very fast and he paid us just enough attention great time out with my family when ever you come make sure you request him he won't let you down good job David

Service was terrible, sauce was spilled on the plates of appetizers, waitress that took food order never came back to the table until we were done eating. food was not very good. Will never go back Réservez une table maintenant

I'm a huge PFChang's fanWhile some may complain it's a chain restaurant, I think they have some of the best Chinese food out there.
