for the first time in the farm economy and had reserved a table for two people for Saturday night. the ambiente in the local is very pleasant and there were almost all tables occupied. we have ordered the 3-course menu from the map and once three courses á la carte. small damper: the brot comes without paint on the table, is rather dry. you can also wait for breakfast in vain, this is probably reserved for guests in the adjacent gourmet restaurant. we know that from other jeunes restaurateurs different...But otherwise: very good and solid kitchen with fresh ingredients and a good wine selection. the meat (both from the calf and from the ochsen) was a dense, which supplements original, tastef...
we were there for the second time and were devoid again, as we expected more due to the article in the presse. After we waited for our food for 1 1/2 hours, although not much was done, that was just lukewarm and firm. the kartoffel salad and also for the carving was o.k while the carving was dead and not sufficiently seasoned.The maish chicken in the menu was a rather micky lower leg.The operation for the long waiting time addressed attempted to apologize with the limited possibilities of the kitchen and the fresh preparation.But I would not like to know how long it takes.
the so-called white schnitzel was the hit: the panade fell off already while watching, the meat was too thick. the so-called gänseleberterrine was a deenterrine, tastefully very good but unfortunately a much too thick disc for an appetizer. the flutter soup was tasteless, no warning what was used for a broth. the fleees were very good. the carcass disappeared under the mountain of salat, actually it was more a monk. to demand 6,50€ is limited. a total of unfortunately an unsightly experience, we will certainly not come back.
Located directly aside the Michelin Star Restaurant the Pfarrwirtschaft offers a good and modern kitchen and atmosphere. We had Asparagus and Steaks. Food was great and the Sauce Hollandaise was outstanding. There is upside potential for the service, which was a bit chaotic. However, that did not matter too much. We will come back soon and are looking forward to it. By the way, Wifi is unfortunately not offered and there is almost no reception due to the thick walls in the old building.
we were satisfied with the food – it tasted good (saving salad with fresh goat cheese, calf with potato curk salad). alone the ambiente acts rather irritating than inviting. nothing against trying to pluck an old restored mason with modern stylistic elements, but purple colored curtains, undefined padded covers and all sorts of chichi are more than needy.
