Philly Pretzel Factory

I haven't had the best pretzels until now. The only ones that came close were the ones I had in NYC right after getting off the train. But these pretzels here are definitely the tastiest I've ever had! I’m ordering them again, and if we keep this up, I might end up ordering them every single day. You need to try a pretzel from here; it's a life-changing experience!

I ordered from here for the first time. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 pretzel dogs were as hard as rocks. The mini cheesesteaks had great flavor, but the dough inside was undercooked. The pepperoni melt was decent, but don’t expect it to resemble the picture.

If you like your pretzels hard as a ROCK then this is the place for you! Be ready to break a tooth! Pretty nasty. Pretzels should be a little soft.

It's probably best to visit the restaurant in person because when you order through DoorDash, the food tends to arrive cold and not very fresh.
