I really write this to get it from my breast so I can let it go. I had the worst experience here today. the older man before me was so rude. I have asked about quantities and prices how I'm customer in the rule, and he was so short with me. He huffing and puffing, rolled his eyes on me and made wise remarks. I have just worked from a really difficult day as a teacher and was there to buy brezels for my students for the next day. the last thing I needed was to feel mocked and mocked in a Brezel shop. they always choose to be friendly to men, they never know what they are going through. if they will work in customer service try to be at least the mere minimum at friendly and helpful.
0 stars would never recommend. I ordered by door lock and could not believe my eyes. for a thing that was not sent to me was correct, I guess they formulated their own order for me. a spicy brezel dog was sent a regular brezel dog, ok not too bad until I in and the teig is raw. its 9 o'clock in the morning, how is it not fresh. I was sent a few types of brezel sandwich with pfeffersalat in between not ordering that and not mentioning it was disgusting. eat them on their own risk.
Since the new owners took over, the staff has become indifferent and frequently seems more focused on other tasks than attending to customers. There have been several price increases, and they've also started charging a 3% fee for credit or debit card transactions. Today, we arrived at 2:20 PM, even though the posted hours say they're open until 3:00 PM, but the doors were already locked and the lights were out. I'm very disappointed with the new ownership.
Don't you just love businesses that close before the closing time they have posted. Absolutely amazing. If you wanna close earlier change your closing times instead of wasting people's time who drive out there to get a pretzel.

I love love the pretzels dogs delicious my husband brought 2 home I almost ate his lol We will be buying more great for a summer gathering.
In Philly’s I like their cinnamon pretzels and all of the pretzels maybe I could go here
