Philly Pretzel Factory

This place has yummy Bretzels and friendly staff, which is wonderful, but usually not sufficient cause for me to write a review. My friend and I went to the door and discussed how many pulpits to buy. We have settled on 10 Brezeln, and the employee in the register told us that he could give us 15 for the price of 10. We agreed this amazing bargain and paid for the pulpits. When leaving the store, we discovered that he had given 20 pulpits instead of the proposed 15. If the Lord is ready, you don't say no, you just say thank you. So I would like to thank God and the Philly Pretzel Factory at Bryn Mawr, because I feel God in these tents tonight. (Disclaimer: Maybe it was about closing time, or maybe we just looked like college students. Please don't ask these beautiful people for free pretzels.

I called the Pretzel Factory 15 minutes before closing. I said I bought Brezels for the members of the meeting, and I would arrive before the end of the time. Unfortunately, I arrived after closing. The door was locked. I knocked the door. A warm young man unlocked the door. The pulps were packed and finished. Although 3 young people did not leave in time, they were welcoming and helpful. The young woman who wore the box to the door offered to carry the box to my car I am a senior. Although she insisted to wear the box, she was finally blown up again. Before I turned the corner, I noticed she had her eye on me. The 3 young people who welcomed me last night and others are very positive about the Bryn Mawr Pretzel Factory. Thank you. Rosa Serota

Great people work there. Very pleasant always helpful. Location is clean and well lit. They make the pulpits in sight of the Filialfront and they smell and look amazing when they get out of the oven. During my last visit, the staff was good enough to unlock the door after closing. I bought a 20 hot rolls and they fill the bag up for us. What a treat I shared with everyone at home.

This place is great. I needed a platter last minute on a Saturday called them and they were able to get one together in less than hour even though they were closing soon. The pretzels and dipping sauces are delicious.

Always great service very friendly staff! Yummy fresh pretzels they accentuated me when I forgot to order letter shaped pretzels. Although they cleaned the machine, they ran a batch for me. Very recommended!
