1st time here and service was great!The young lady was so helpful for a 1st timer with answering all of our questions and giving suggestions. She explained how freezing the pretzels and reheating them in a toaster oven or airfryer would get it back to how it taste when you just get it in the store.We settled on Spicy Pretzel Sausage, Mini Dogs, Pepperoni Melt and 5 Pretzels.She explained that it would be 15mins for the Mini Dogs and Pepperoni Melts so we said we would wait in our car and soon as they were ready she came out to tell us ?Hubby and I both loved the Spicy Pretzel Sausage. Had trouble ordering online due to an issue with my credit card. Called and got Kathy who I think is the manager on the phone. She was so friendly and quickly took my large work order which was ready exactly when promised. Amazing customer service and amazing pretzels! They were a big hit at work! I’ll definitely be back soon.

Gross !!! MOLDY. Obviously, these were not freshly baked as they claim to be this was the order I placed days ahead. Besides the fact, they were hard as a rock and barely any salt on them. The entire layer on the bottom of the $40 ! Tray was stuck together by MOLD. Needless to say spent the next in the bathroom

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff members were extremely friendly. In particular, the young server with a ponytail was very polite.

white kid with the pony tail touches the pretzels money with the SAME gloves on EWWWW never coming back. I said something and he completely blew me off.so GROSS
