Phineas Q. Butterfat's Ice Cream Parlour

When craving ice cream at USH, Phineas is the spot to check out. Was torn between cookies and cream or banana delight. The former is more common , so we went for the latter and were pleasantly surprised. Although there were no fresh bananas, the banana foster was rich and caramel-ly. Paired with the vanilla and chocolate soft serve swirl (can opt for plain vanilla or chocolate too), the combined texture and flavors were divine. The banana chips hard crunchy exterior was a nice break from the soft soft serve and chewy foster. Great combination. We ate the ice cream on a nearby park bench next to the ice cream parlor. I 'm pretty sure we convinced a few from the onlooking crowds to get one. Free advertisement for them, real reactions from us.

Its really bla.. more to cool down on a hot day. I ordered vanilla on waffle cone and asked for butterfinger topping and the new staff member with attitude said it couldn't be done.. her coworker chimed in and agreed this COULD be done... However, the vanilla ice cream tasted like spoiled milk but it wasn't worth walking back. My bf did enjoy the chocolate ice cream though.

Expensive and not many options. Slow line because the staff do not even know what they are selling. There are not even 10 different items... They totally ruined my day at the park. Horrible horrible experience.

It's about expensive ice in a small cone. That's all I have to say. Has the job when you go to universal studios with limited food options.
