We booked a table and arrived 15 minutes early but we 're pleased to be seated straight away. We waited for a while for order to be placed and ordered both drinks and food at the same time. Food arrived within 5 minutes so obviously just been heated up in the kitchen. No drinks arrived until half way through our food and when we asked our server we were told the bar was 'super busy but drinks were not chased. When they did arrive, a white wine spritzer was totally flat, it was sent back for a glass of red wine. My boyfriend and I weren’t greeted with any enthusiasm and the greeter just pointed at a table for us to sit at. We then had to try and get someone’s attention to take our drinks and food order. No one came to see if we needed more drinks or how our food was. Personally, my meal was actually great. My boyfriend wasn’t impressed with his as there were no prawns on his noodles. It might be a good idea for the management to check whether the staff are happy there, or whether it’s a case of basic training needed because I am sure other people felt the same.
Our server was horrendous, had an attitude on her the whole time. Shrugged her shoulders when told she had forgotten part of our order and had to be told multiple times when adding extras to the Pho. Felt sorry for the other waitress with the glasses as she seemed to be trying her best. The food was okay but have definitely had better. Barely any flavour in the Pho, the meat was great but the actual dish was just average. There was supposed to be a service charge added at the end but for some reason didn’t come on to our bill, thankfully!
What a shame. Second visit and I was again uncomfortably cold. Good service, lovely food but everyone had their coats on in the restaurant and we had what felt like a cold front Atlantic wind blowing cold air throughout the time we were there. My eldest daughter's feet went numb, my feet went numb and despite having hand warmers with me it just was too cold. We did complain but noone came to see us about it. I'm unsure what could have been done anyway as everyone else had their coats on too. Not sure we will be back.

Been here a couple of times and called-in after a recent visit to the cinema, (no booking), great way to round-off a good night. Staff really approachable, helpful and pleasant. Food was smashing and reasonable price, (beer Lau a bit steep, though), spring roll starter, chicken pho and beef vermicelli mains, spot-on. Relaxed atmosphere and deffo be returning.
Pho offers a really good menu with authentic Vietnamese food at a very reasonable price. The food, service and staff were first class complemented by a very nice atmosphere. They offer a good range of classic Vietnamese dishes. Well worth a visit.
Great as usual. Food excellent, we love that you can get Saigon here, really friendly service from Grace. Being able to personalise the Pho to your liking or make your own pancake rolls just adds to the fun!
My husband and I came here at 9.30pm hoping to get a table; we were not disappointed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food came out promptly and was delicious!

Our server Katie was lovely and very attentive. Food was excellent, very tasty and good value for money. Starters and mains were great.
We went to the Pho on Castle St in Liverpool. Superb tasty food, relaxed atmosphere and good service. Would definitely recommend.
