Food is great. Recommend the vermicelli combo, pho combo, pho beef stew( what pho should taste like imo, is a big oily). Has parking, good amount of seating availableDon’t recommend the 3 color drink. They use half and half(not coconut), the ingredients in it were hard(like they sat overnight hardened), and the sugar has a bitter after taste to it. Not regular sugar syrup

Friend and I traveled 40 minutes to try this joint out. PHO ABC has A B C Delicious vegetarian pho and flavorful coconut water! The noodles had the right amount of chewiness and the broth was full of flavor. The staff serving us were extremely friendly and kind.Food: 5/5

Food is good but the meat portion is really small. Clean dine in environment and friendly customers service. Personal I like their pho noodles texture a lots. Also if you just come for the soup and noodles highly recommend this location for pho restaurantFood: 4/5

Service was good. Pho was pretty decent. Egg rolls were a little too well done (very dark brown), calamari looked like french fries but were great tasting. Decent pho for Sacramento.

My favorite dish: Special Lemongrass Spicy Noodle Soup, Bún bò Huế.Mai is quite efficient, always excellent service.Thank you Mai for all your hard work! You r AWESOME!Food: 5/5
