Genuine (non-European! Vietnamese cuisine. The province and town of Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta south of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City is famous for its delicious soups with many variations of noodles (from rice and various meat types (bef, pig, chicken, but not ducks). This bistro is specialized in cooking and offers these soups in Vietnam. They taste wonderful, each other! and with rice noodles, meat and many vegetables they are also very saturating. I am not quite sure why this micro-semi-restaurant / half- snack is included in this list. probably just because it is close to a series of hotels close by. ok, this is a simple standard four joint. eating is only average, the price is very low. useful if they want to sleep in the opposite and not make the long walk in the city.
