Pho Cali - Réservation de table

This was my final order from this restaurant. I have supported them throughout the pandemic, but I will not be returning. I ordered soup with egg noodles, and the noodles were a strange turmeric color and did not taste good. The broth lacked flavor, so I always have to add my own seasonings at home. I also ordered the N10, shrimp with egg noodles, but the sides and condiments were disappointing. I ended up throwing away the extra noodles I ordered because they were not enjoyable. The hot peppers they gave me did not complement the meal, and they no longer include a lime slice like they used to. The soup cost $22, and even with a $2 tip for pick up, it was not worth the total of $24 for a poo...

This is an AMAZING vietnamese restaurant and will be on our list every time we come to AC.This place was authentic, You could tell the spring rolls were hand made and they have my favorite dish-fried quail. Great with beer (byob)The broth was super flavorful and there were a lot of different beef parts to eat.The Vietnamese coffee was also great with the drip and extra hot water.I can't wait to go back!

I visited this restaurant for takeout lunch and ordered two Cali Buns (chicken), one for immediate consumption and one for later. I have visited this place multiple times before and found the buns to be decent. However, on this visit, the chicken was incredibly dry and I was unable to eat it. Additionally, I believe the cucumbers could have been sliced thinner.

Fried tofu banh mi with fresh cilantro and cucumber and pepper, absolutely first rate But the star is the Vietnamese coffee, creamy and sweet and earthy and nutty, a perfect drink. Réservez une table maintenant

If you like Pho this is a really good place. Everything is fresh and prepared well, service is quick and friendly.
