I visit at least once or twice a week. I've tried several different pho options from their menu, but my favorite is definitely their special chicken pho. It's wonderfully fragrant and delicious, packed with extra pieces of meat. The staff are incredibly friendly, service is very fast, and it’s always a fantastic bowl of noodles, no matter the weather. Pho Chu The is located on the bustling Victoria Street in Richmond. I visited for lunch using an Eatsclub voucher. The menu is limited, but the pho servings are very generous and quite large. I ordered the medium rare beef pho, which came with pickled onions, bean sprouts, and chili. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was busy.
