I ordered normal hot free tea in Chinese or vietnam restaurant. the waiter recommended me to take these menus. Finally, they accused me of $35 without explaining any menu price. So I asked the lady owner. she lied to me that they haven't updated the menu price yet. it was right. the menu price was correct. suddenly, male owner appeared and explained that she tee price $1.5 per calculated. This review is for dine in for lunch on a Saturday. If just reviewing for food it would be 4.5 stars on the pho. Big portions, nice flavor and lots of meat at a great value of $17 for a large bowl. The problem was that we dined in (take out stronglysuggested. The restaurant looks like it needed a face lift in 1998, tons of tables had dirty dishes from previous diners thatno one touched when we were there for 45 minutes (but the hostess rolled new silverware set ups for about 150 people and thestains on the walls looked like they were whipped down pre-pandemic. Mens bathroom is disgusting as well and guessing thewomen?s bathroom is marginally better at best. FYI, they have a B health rating....
Came to this joint during my recent trip to LA. They weren't busy during my visit and they had open seating for the most part. I ordered a BBQ pork banh mi sandwich w/BBQ pork spring rolls. Both items were excellent. The sandwich was awesome. The pork wasmarinated different than what I'm used to and the sandwich didn't contain pickled daikon or a jalapeno/serrano pepper. Insteadit only contained cucumber, carrots, and cilantro. No complaints here. It was delicious! The bread was warm and crispy butforgiving when eaten. The Pho broth was rich and flavorful, though slightly cloudy compared to the best I've had. It was served piping hot and generously topped with bean sprouts, limes, and jalapeños. The meat was thicker than usual but incredibly tender and tasty. It had been three weeks since I last had Pho, and this dish completely satisfied my craving. The Vietnamese server was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant's location in a plaza with a variety of Asian restaurants bodes well for its quality. Overall, a great dining experience. I bought the raw flank pho small, ice cream together with the pork rolls. the place is modest, pleasant and the waiter was attentive. the phobic was tasteful. what I don't know why it took me 6 months to find a decent Pho place, but it was worth finding this place. I have made my Pho-Spicy, which she added on request. the part was small and I couldn't finish him. it is worth giving this place. will be back with friends 100
I recently visited this restaurant because my son raved about how great the food is there. He mentioned that they are open 24 hours, so I had to go try it out. I ordered the chicken garlic noodles and they were amazing. The noodles were deliciously seasoned and I ended up ordering more because there was so much flavorful chicken in the dish. I even had to get another serving because I couldn't get enough of it.
