This restaurant in Kitchener serves the most delicious rare cooked beef and tendon noodle soup. The shrimp simmered in a clay hot pot is also excellent.

I ordered dish #29, which was supposed to come with brisket, rare beef, beef balls, and tendon. However, there were no beef balls or tendon in my order.
