Pho Galaxy - Réserver une table

We picked Pho Galaxy for lunch before heading to Hope.   Pho Galaxy is a small pho place in town.  We read lots of wave reviews about Galaxy so Sida AKA Pho Queen does not want to miss a chance to try a new Pho joint!  LOL   It was quite busy during lunch hours on Sunday.    Galaxy Special 1 Item #24 Rare or well done beef slices, beef balls with noodle in soup Hot Vietnamese Coffee The broth was piping hot, awesome!  Very solid and flavorful.  The broth used in pho is usually light color;  the broth we had was darker in color but very clear and not oily.  It was solid and flavorful enough to drink as a soup.   The dripping coffee was sitting in a big bowl of hot water to keep the temperatu...

Pho: I had the house special and the broth was mediocre and bland. Generous portions of meat, but I like the rare beef to be rare and it came completely cooked and dry.Bun bo hue: the bun bo hue was oily, but tasty. It's not your traditional bun bo hue as it didn't come with pork blood or bun noodles (they give you a choice of pho noodles or udon). I would order this over their pho.Our food came right away as we were the only ones in the restaurant, but the server was very unenthusiastic.Definitely doesn't compare to Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver, but the price is very reasonable, their portions are big and the food is tasty for being in Chilliwack.

Came here after reading great reviews and I'm so glad I came! My boyfriend ordered the specialty spicy soup #35 and I ordered the banh mi sandwich with the grilled chicken with a side of a small bowl of broth. Everything tasted so fresh and the broth was very flavourful and not too salty like some other pho broths I've had from other places. The prices are all reasonable and I'm looking forward to coming back!

Great food and excellent service. I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend and her family on May 8th 2015. I ordered Thai salad rolls with prawns and peanut sauce 2 rolls for $6.50. I also had 3 spring roll wrapped prawns that came with my girlfriends combo dish. All of the other dishes were very good and the staff is very friendly.

Good food. A lot choices. Small portion for vietnamese place though. Okay service but rushed. Always busy however if you go an hour or so after regular dinner or lunch time, relaxed environment and fresher food.

You have to try the salad rolls. My favourite Vietnamese food place and has an excellent options. The place is always busy but I usually order to-go. Staff is always friendly.

Absolutely delicious pho. If you're looking for good broth definitely come here. Their spring rolls are also so great, especially in their vermicelli bowls

Absolutely delicious! I love pho and eat a lot of it and this is my favourite place to get it at here in Chilliwack. So yummy.
