was not a year back early, so it checked for a Sunday dinner. at the arrival there was a short waiting queue outside the ice cream waiting for the table; but it didn't take long to have a table for us. after passing the menu we ordered two small sizes from bo dac biet and bun bo hui with additional six spring rolls. they love the menu here that we have ordered small size for the pho, so that our stomachs can accommodate additional food items. both nudelsuppen reflected their characteristic taste, although the nudel of bun bo hui was somewhat overcooked (it should wait for orders due to the precooked noodles so that the chef could speed up the production time for bun bo hui).

It was a dark and stormy night... well actually it was a cold and rainy morning with storms forecast to come, and we were in search of something warming for lunch, specifically somewhere with undercover parking. Settled on Pho Hien Vuong Pasteur at Market Square, swayed by the presence of the new multistorey carpark But...took the wrong exit, so got rained on a little bit. Tip for next time: take the stairs/lift in the north-eastern corner for direct access to sheltered walkways on ground level Our order: pho, (large) special beef noodle soup with choice of rare beef and beef ball bun bo hue, (medium) spicy beef with round rice noodle soup, shin beef...read more

he asked for more chili as I only got a small portion for two medium-sized dishes, said the owner to me chilis expensive, so I can no longer have and told me to use sauce, asked for coriander than his personal preference for basilikum and she said she has no, but she sell dishes with coriander in. extremely rude could not enjoy my meal ruined my mood not even felt to eat after. Why should I come here to have pho if I can't season it? and also they don't have spicy chilis they use the big red, so there is no effect at all. no traditional style Vietnamese restaurant. will never come back and say to my friends...read more
