Delicious food and outstanding service make Phở Lan the best Vietnamese spot in Hull! I dined in for dinner, spending around £10–20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star rating. Highly recommend trying the Summer Rolls and Spring Roll.
