Pho Lovers - Réservation de table

I didn't enter the restaurant itself, but I visited the night market in Westminster. I'm not sure who I spoke to there, but I assume he was the owner because he seemed extremely passionate about his food (in a good way) and was very kind. They were offering small pho samples in 6oz cups. The sample had wagyu meat (which is beef that is very expensive due to its quality). I went with my husband, parents, children, and nephews (total of 9 people) and he didn't hesitate to give us all a sample, including the kids, which was a big deal for me as some people are stingy with samples for kids. I am Mexican and have been eating pho since before I was born because my mom loves and cooks Asian cuisine...

MUST TRY IN ORANGE COUNTY!As a Vietnamese girl born but not raised there, pho has always been a staple in my household. I personally am so picky and usually would never order it.Pho Akaushi was a warm and welcoming vendor at “Về Quê Nhà” Coming Home event on May 6th, 2023. They were kind enough to give away FREE WAYGU SAMPLES. I ordered the Large Pho Akaushi Combo With Banh Tuoi for $22, which included rare steak, tender rib cubes, well-done brisket, and meatball. The quality of the meats was decent, though I would have preferred them to be more tender. The portion size seemed more like medium rather than large. The rice noodles were fresh and delicious, and the clear broth was amazing - I drank every last drop! Overall, I would rate my dining experience a 4.5 out of 5.

Front Receptionist greeted us kindly and seated us. Booth seating was comfortable and roomy. I ordered the Pho Akaushi Combo which was delicious. Fries needed a little salt but were really good overall. The Thai Tea was really tasty. The brand of Sriracha Sauce was good. Strongly Recommend this place if you're in for some comedy from owner. This restaurant serves incredible pho! You can choose between fresh noodles or store-bought noodles. I opted for the fresh noodles and they were fantastic. The meat was of excellent quality and not dry at all. The staff was extremely friendly and made me and my girlfriends smile. I will definitely be returning to this place! Rating: 5/5.

Wow! The broth and wagyu beef here is DELICIOUS. We have pho all the time, but this place was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I will think about this broth daily until I have another bowl. The photo of the empty ball says it all. Thanks Tom for chatting with us after our meal here!We will be back!! Thank you.

We enjoyed our dinner at Pho Redbo! It is nice and clean restaurant, the quality of food is great and the staff are very friendly especially our server Tina, she has the best Customer service. We are in town to visit our friends. The place was busy, we had to wait, but it was worth the wait

Pho broth is fantastic! The broth is thick and tasty. They use wagyu beef for the combo. The beef wagyu was soft, tender and full of flavor. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: We ordered a large combo and for 7 dollars we added extra broth and noodles. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered the pho combo and I loved the fresh noodles they didn't get soft during the meal. The toppings were incredible and paired with the green sauce were even better. The best part was the broth I couldn't believe I'd finished it all!Food: 5/5

The pho noodles are fresh, not dried packaged noodles. The pho broth was tasty and did not have excessive fat/grease. There was plenty of beef and meatball too!
