Came here on a Friday night recently and it was not too crowded and comfortably quaint! My partner and I ordered the fried shrimp and chicken spring rolls (came with 4) to share and a bowl of pho noodles each. I loved the taste and crunchiness of the spring rolls and despite being pickier about pho, I thought the pho broth were quite good. The portions are also very fair and prices are reasonable. Service was quick and professional! We did not wait long at all for food. Great Pho- find in the Yonge and Sheppard area of North York.Limited underground parking is available behind the building.Inside, the interior is cozy, and busy.They've got a great menu selection whether you're up for rice or just plain good old Pho.I opted for their P1 house special Large and yes it had all the traditional ingredients.Delicious indeed!Kudos to the service; fast, friendly and efficient.Also prices are reasonable.Only downside to this place is it does NOT have an on-site washroom, which is a little concerning especially after consuming all that delicious pho-broth
Small cozy joint in North York. Clean broth, flavourful and not too badly priced. The pho dac biet had good generous portions of meat and rice rolls were not bad. The peanut sauce was interesting, as usually rice rolls are eaten with fish sauce and for some reason maybe for aesthetics they cut them in half. I usually have them whole. All in all a good dine-in spot for the area as it is not usually the spot for Vietnamese cuisine. A huge plus is complimentary parking downstairs.Parking: There is a good amount of parking for the plaza.
We ordered the House Pho with good broth, but the fresh shrimp rolls were not freshly made. I had the pork and chicken chop with rice and egg, but they were not freshly cooked and were tough and dry, especially the pork. This was disappointing as the marinade was tasty and could have been delicious if made fresh. The only freshly made item was the egg, which was good. If we come again, I will ask for the pork chop to be freshly cooked on the spot.

I tried PS5 (one of the pho's) and their rolls.Rolls come with a delicious peanut side.The broth of the pho made me home sick, made me think of my mom. But I'm not Vietnamese!! My group got the Pho, Bun Bo Hue and Com Tam (with pork), and Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese iced coffee). Delicious!Clean and cozy atmosphere. A decent amount of tables but not too many. I think it would be difficult to eat with groups larger than 5-6 here since the seating area isn’t too big.
I have been coming to this restaurant at least once a week for the past two years. I believe their Pho is good quality for the price. The food is consistently good, and I have never experienced any of the issues that others have mentioned. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Food and portion size is good here. Service is good, have great smiles and very helpful to fulfill your ask (extra bowl of fish sauce). The restaurant is 2nd floor and it will be hard for people to go if they have walking issue. Free parking underground.

The pho here is excellent! The service is fast, but the restaurant is small so there might be a wait. However, the food is fantastic. This is the perfect spot for delicious hot soup and grilled BBQ!
Foods are normal pho restaurants level. But I asked everything fully cooked. They still serve me roll with raw lettuce. And Raw veggie on the side.
