This restaurant is extremely overhyped. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, to say the least. They sent a coupon via email stating "get a free bowl of pho with any drink," but when I went to the register, they said it was actually any drink with any entree, and then still charged for the drink on top of that. They also consistently forget my daughter's food. I've given them multiple chances to improve, but unfortunately, the service and food quality have not gotten any better. The food is always cold, and I am puzzled as to how they have so many customers. I usually like to support local businesses, but in this case, I will have to pass. I would not recommend this rest...
