The initial impression of the restaurant was very positive. Our order was accurate and the food was fresh. We were fortunate to arrive during a storm, which caused the restaurant to be empty except for two other diners who were also seeking shelter from the storm. My wife ordered the pho ribeye and I opted to share the jazzyed with a Thai iced tea and fried vegetable rolls. One of the best pho places in the greater Baltimore area. There are two things I often look for: the broth and the seasoned fish sauce. If a place gets those two things right, the rest of the food is usually delicious and authentic. Update: if you get the ones with free range chicken on the side (like #74), be prepared to take home some food. I think they give you about half a chicken.
The food is so delicious that I visit this restaurant twice a week, and I would come more often if I could. The staff is quick and serves the dishes hot. The service is excellent! I always leave a generous tip because it's well-deserved. Réservez une table maintenant
