Pho Royal - Réserver une table

I do not recommend this place at all. Pho quality was less than mediocre, and topping meats were awful! We asked for slightly-fatty brisket (as listed on the menu), but they gave us tendons first. I went back to the restaurant, then they gave us almost all fat next!!! When I drove back again, the cashier person rolled eyes on me and said geeze... as if I did something wrong. We were the ones inconvenienced, but she gave me scornful attitude and then swapped with all dried-up hard stringy brisket pieces. Not even a sense of apology. We used to have Pho in Fairfax or Chantilly. This was no comparison.

The restaurant was clearly short staffed and overwhelmed with customers. We ordered 2 Chicken Pho soups and order of summer rolls. I had to ask the waitress for a status of my food twice. After 45 mins we received COLD soup! We ended up leaving hungry and very disappointed in the overall service.

I picked up my order in person and reconfirmed it’s accuracy. Got home and it was missing main parts of two meals. Called as I opened bag at home politely requesting it be corrected, and they hung up on me. Not very impressed. Not going back.

The staff are all very nice but the soup is simply terrible. It’s something about the broth. And my cats are go go crazy for Vietnamese chicken whenever I bring it home avoided their chicken like the plague which was interesting

The day pho bowl and the spring roll were great. Zero complaints, wonderful Pho. I'm just so pho tai is where it is at any time.
