The Pho lunch special included a choice between fried or fresh rolls, so we decided to get a combo of both, along with Chicken Pho and all the traditional accompaniments like bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the portion sizes were quite generous for lunch. The only downside I noticed was some splatter on the walls. At first, it looked like noodle splashes, but upon closer inspection, we suspect it might actually be cleaner or bleach stains (at least we hope that's the case). A chair rail or lighter paint would certainly help improve the ambiance.
I was just there today, and wow, it was packed—always a great sign! The pho was absolutely fantastic; we couldn't get enough of it. Neither of us had ever finished an entire bowl before, but this time, not a drop was left! Lisa was incredibly friendly, and the staff did everything they could to help us. Fredericksburg is lucky to have such a gem. I highly recommend it! Next time, I'm making sure to save room for mango boba!
Whenever we're in the area, we make it a point to stop by for a meal. The staff here is truly fantastic, treating everyone like family, and they always greet you with a smile. The food is consistently hot and delicious. We've never encountered any problems with our orders; everything has always been prompt and ready. My kids particularly enjoy coming along to pick up our food because they adore how friendly the staff is.
For those looking for vegetarian options, you can easily substitute tofu for any meat on the menu. Vietnamese cuisine is consistently fresh and flavorful. As for families, the owners are very welcoming to children and will provide high chairs or booster seats no problem. Visit Pho Saigon, and you'll see why so many people adore this spot. The owners clearly take great pride in their craft. The food and service are consistently outstanding. I've tried pho at numerous places, but this one is still my all-time favorite. The owners make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. Pho Saigon never fails to impress!
